KIDS & GIFTING
Bea's Notes
Beautifully made and a great alternative to plastic Easter eggs. Fill them with bulk chocolate or candy, or money for your Easter Egg hunt.

I made ours from various fabric scraps. If you are not a sewist, you can purchase these instead. They're a great size to give that gift of experience, i,e. coupon, gift certificate, etc. Youo can use the water soluble crayons (see Shopping Kit) to decorate them or write the name of your recipient.
Bea's Notes
We use these throughout the house to get organized. We used them for to separate the kids toys by type when they were little; now we use them to store activity accessories. I also have a set in a garage cabinet to organize hard-to-recycle items per drop-off location.
Bea's Notes
We use these for drying hands and dishes, but also wrapping the kids lunch, a pot luck dish, or dirty plates after a picnic furoshiki-style, as seen in my book, Zero Waste Home. (Video by my son on how to wrap a school lunch in a Furoshiki, also on my YouTube channel)
Bea's Notes
One of our personal travel essentials! I take it with me everywhere: on hikes, to speeches, on road trips and on the plane. You can take it through security: Just make sure to empty it beforehand (you can refill it at a fountain, the bathrooms, a cafe, a bar, or on the plane afterwards). The company offers optional caps. I personally prefer and use the loop one -the inside is stainless unlike the others, which have plastic.
Bea's Notes
Our favorite backpack brand, because it comes with an uncondtional lifetime warranty! Tried and tested by our household several times!
Bea's Notes
We take these with us camping, but also on picnics or any event where disposables are used. They are also a great kids and poolside alternative to plastic cups.
